Learning at the Museum of Zoology
The museum is a fascinating place for children and adults. From early year’s storytelling to school visits and adult workshops, our dedicated learning team provide a wide range of opportunities for you to find out more about animal life on Earth.
In response to the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff, visitors and volunteers, visits to the Museum will look quite different for the foreseeable future. We are working on additional ways to support you in visiting the Museum and to bring the Museum into the classroom virtually.
We will update the website with details when they are available. Please see our School Visits pages for information on visiting with your class.
Sign up to our teacher's newsletter to receive further details about changes to our schools programme.
We are still communicating online, via our website, blog and on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Our online resources for teachers to use in the classroom, or students to access from home, are available via our Learning Resources page and on our Museum of Zoology Blog.
We will continue to share stories, news and information about all things zoological, and we hope that you will share your animal related stories with us too.
Best Wishes
The Museum of Zoology Team
