Groups

We request that all groups of 10 people or more pre-book their visit. This helps us to manage numbers within our gallery spaces, and ensure that all visitors enjoy the museum experience. Any groups of visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a minimum ratio of 1 adult to every 8 children.

Visits on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during Cambridgeshire school term-time are available from 2pm only.

Please note that it takes several days for us to process bookings. We recommend that you book at least two weeks ahead of your preferred date. Please do not arrive at the Museum without a booking confirmation as you will not be admitted.

Please note that the museum cannot accept self led groups of more than 30 adults at one time due to limited space within the galleries.

The Museum is a popular visitor attraction. Please provide us with three potential dates of when you would like to visit. We will be in touch to confirm your booking or discuss further dates if we are unable to accommodate your first choices. Please note that the Museum is closed on Mondays.
